How long am I committing to?We offer 1-year contracts for all our office leases.

When can I access my office?You and your team members have 24/7 access to your office. But don’t worry, we’ve got you covered with some great security measures in place to make sure your space (and stuff) is secured whenever you aren’t on site!

Can I bring guests to the office?Absolutely! We love having your clients, family or friends stop by for meetings, lunch, or a quick hello.

Is there complimentary coffee?We proudly serve locally roasted Eiland Coffee! It’s unlimited for you and your guests, so no need to fear the dreaded caffeine withdrawal.

Is there parking available?We have parking available on both sides of our building.

What’s the bathroom situation?Besides your typical Men’s and Women’s restrooms, we also have 4 private restrooms.
